こんにちは、皆さん。「練馬のKoichと申します。このたび、「Koichの奮闘記：マンション売却から戸建て購入まで」というブログを開設しました。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします！

自己紹介

まずは簡単に自己紹介をさせてください。

  • 年齢：45歳
  • 出身：鹿児島県
  • 居住地：東京都練馬区
  • 家族構成：妻（46歳）、長女（11歳）、次女（6歳）の4人家族
  • 職業：ITコンサルティング企業勤務（企画職）

鹿児島生まれの鹿児島育ち。短大進学を機に千葉へ、その後留学を経て東京で就職しました。結婚後は練馬区に2LDKのマンションを購入し、約12年間住んでいます。

なぜブログを始めたのか

「なぜ今さらブログなの？」と思われる方もいらっしゃるかもしれません。正直、私自身、ブログなんて書いたことありませんでした。でも、今回のマンション売却と戸建て購入という人生の一大イベントを前に、この経験を記録し、同じような状況の方々と共有したいと思ったんです。

理由は主に3つあります：

  1. 自分自身の記録のため この過程で学んだこと、感じたこと、失敗したことなどを忘れないようにしたいんです。将来、また引っ越しや家の購入を考えるときの参考にもなるでしょう。
  2. 同じ境遇の人の役に立ちたい マンション売却や戸建て購入を考えている人は多いと思います。でも、実際にどんな流れで進むのか、どんな苦労があるのか、具体的な情報はあまり見つからないんですよね。私の経験が、誰かの参考になれば嬉しいです。
  3. 自分の体験を共有することで、新たな学びを得たい ブログを通じて読者の方々と交流することで、自分では気づかなかった視点や情報を得られるかもしれません。そうした対話を通じて、より良い選択ができればと思っています。

  1. 素人目線の正直な体験談 私は不動産のプロではありません。だからこそ、同じように不安を抱えている方々の気持ちが分かるんです。失敗談も含めて、包み隠さず書いていきます。
  2. 家族の視点も大切に 家の売却や購入は、家族全員に関わる大きな決断です。妻や子どもたちの気持ちも大切にしながら進めていく過程を、リアルにお伝えします。

今後1年間、このブログを通じてマンション売却から戸建て購入、そして新居での生活のスタートまでをリアルタイムでお伝えしていく予定です。大まかなスケジュールは以下の通りです：

  • マンション売却完了、戸建て購入契約
  • 引っ越し準備、新居への引っ越し、新生活スタート

もちろん、実際にはこの通りにいかないかもしれません。予想外の出来事や困難もあるでしょう。でも、そんな予想外の展開も含めて、すべてを赤裸々にお伝えしていきたいと思います。

「Koichの奮闘記：マンション売却から戸建て購入まで」は、決して専門的なノウハウを提供するブログではありません。ただ、一介のサラリーマンである私が、家族のために奮闘する姿を記録したものです。

Hello, I’m the Nerima Homeowner Papa, Koich in Tokyo, Japan!

Hello everyone. I am Koich. I have just started a blog called “The Struggles of a Homeowner Papa: From Selling the Condominium to Buying a House.” It’s a pleasure to meet you all!

Introduction

Let me start with a brief self-introduction.

  • Hometown: Kagoshima Prefecture
  • Residence: Nerima Ward, Tokyo
  • Family: Wife (46), Eldest Daughter (11), Youngest Daughter (6)
  • Occupation: IT Consulting Firm (Planning)

I was born and raised in Kagoshima. After attending a junior college, I moved to Chiba and then Tokyo for a job after studying abroad. After getting married, I purchased a 2LDK (2-bedroom, dining, and living room) condominium in Nerima Ward, where I have been living for about 12 years.

Why I Started this Blog

You might be wondering, “Why start a blog now?” To be honest, I have never written a blog before. However, facing the major life events of selling our condominium and buying a new house, I felt the need to record this experience and share it with others in similar situations.

There are three main reasons why I decided to start this blog:

  1. To create a personal record I want to make sure I don’t forget the things I’ve learned, the feelings I’ve experienced, and the mistakes I’ve made during this process. This will be a valuable reference for any future moves or home purchases.
  2. To help others in similar situations I believe there are many people considering selling their condominiums or buying a house. However, it can be difficult to find detailed information on the actual process, the challenges involved, and so on. I hope that sharing my experience can be helpful for such people.
  3. To gain new insights through sharing By interacting with readers through this blog, I hope to gain new perspectives and information that I may have overlooked. This exchange of ideas can help me make better decisions.

  2. Focusing on the family’s perspective Selling and buying a home is a major decision that affects the entire family. I will strive to represent the feelings of my wife and children throughout this process.
  3. Information specific to the Nerima Ward As someone who has lived in Nerima Ward for over 10 years, I can provide insights into the charms and characteristics of this local area that may be useful for those interested in the region.
